Everything in our shops is 100% legal on both federal and state level! The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp that contains less than .3% Delta-9 THC. CBD and Delta-9 THC are just 2 of the 100+ cannabinoids found in both hemp and cannabis! As long as it is extracted from hemp and under .3% Delta-9!
